In addition to displaying and selling works of art from local artists, including masks from Sudanese Lost Boys, sketches and prints by Miranda Crump, lighting by Twisted Sisters, and jewelry by Lindsay Starr, Harper and Guillet display and sell their own work as well.

Harper makes innovative jewelry out of recycled guitar strings and batik works on muslin, and the space can also be used for special events, including live performances, trunk shows and workshops.

Harper says the nature of the magpie is to collect beautiful items in order to make a fine nest. magpie etc has done just that.
